Welcome to Five Course Trivia! Five days a week, we’ll post five questions about something from the culinary world, from soup to nuts and all dishes in between.
Again, I want to thank all the wonderful people who participated in last week’s Guest Week series. Fantastic questions all around, and I hope to do another one of these things during the summer.
But anyway, I’m back to write questions. Something I’ve noticed during my British quiz show watching is a trend of asking questions that simply ask which animal’s milk is used to produce a certain cheese. So, that’s what I’ve done here.
Given the following 15 cheeses, name the animal whose milk is used to make it. As a hint, the animal with be either a cow, goat, or sheep.
9. Humboldt Fog
Tomorrow: As the Just Images Space ML starts on Wednesday, I’m covering food in space since it just might come up.
2. Goat (coming from the Italian word capra for goat, like in Capricorn)
3. Goat (also the name of goat cheese in general)
6. Sheep (it’s more than 70% sheep, the rest is goat)
